Please check the following based on your situation.
If "Network Error" is displayed
Error due to network settings or communication permission settings
If this error appears the first time you use the feature, or if generation has never succeeded even once,
the error may be occurring because your network settings or communication permission settings are not configured correctly.
Please verify that your network settings are correct and that the communication required to use Teachme Biz is permitted.
If you are unsure about your communication permission settings, please check with your company's IT department.

Please wait a moment and try again.
If "AI features are not permitted." is displayed
The use of AI features may have been disabled while the manual was being generated.

If "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again." is displayed
The following possibilities should be considered.
- The PDF contains a large amount of information
- Instructions provided at the time of generation were insufficient
When uploading, please try the following.
- Split the PDF into multiple files
- Add more information in the "Do you have any preferences for the content or wording? (Optional)" field
Example text:
- Please generate the manual with one step per process.
- If the operation procedure does not fit in the step title, please include it in the description.
- If there are any notes or cautions, please include them in the corresponding step of the operation procedure.
If the issue persists after multiple attempts, please refer to "If none of the above apply" and contact our support team.
If "Failed to load the PDF file" is displayed
Creating a PDF using browser features may result in an error in some cases.
Please convert the file to PDF again using one of the following methods.
-
For Windows
Open the PDF file, select "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the destination in the print menu, and click the "Print" button to convert it to PDF.
-
If you have Adobe Acrobat
Use "Save As" on the PDF file and re-save it as an "Optimized PDF".
If the manual is generated with error messages not found in the imported PDF
When you upload a PDF to generate a manual, warning messages such as "Enable JavaScript..." may be generated instead of the actual content.
This occurs because the AI is reading the "viewing restriction warning" contained within the PDF.
Please try one of the following solutions.
- Re-save the PDF by printing it again as a PDF.
This method removes unnecessary control codes and makes the file readable.
1. Open the PDF in a browser.
2. Open the "Print" menu, set the destination to "Save as PDF", and re-save the file.
3. Try generating the manual again using the newly saved PDF.
- Ask the creator of the PDF or your company's system administrator to remove the restrictions.
[Note] An incomplete draft may be created if an error occurs during generation
If an error other than "AI features are not permitted." occurs, an incomplete draft may be created mid-generation.
If you do not need the draft, please delete it.
