Common for all apps
If you have already completed the course at the time of test distribution, you cannot take the comprehension test.
Please check with your training administrator.
The training administrator should temporarily exclude the relevant trainee from the course, add them again, and then re-distribute the course.

Mobile App
If you have not updated to a version that supports the comprehension test, you cannot take the test.
Please check the mobile app version and update to the following version:
iOS: ver.5.5.0 or later
Android: ver.5.6.0 or later
