Titles and descriptions are generated in a language other than the browser's set language
Drafts are generated in accordance with the browser's set language.
However, there are cases where the output does not match the browser's set language, such as when the language of the audio in the video is used instead.
Example: If the browser's set language is English but the audio in the video is in Japanese, the title and description may be generated in Japanese rather than English.
If you encounter this issue, please make sure the browser's set language matches the language of the audio in the video.
An error (Request failed with status code 422) appears when registering a video
If there is a large amount of dialogue in the video, the number of subtitles may increase beyond what can be processed, resulting in an error.
The occurrence of an error is affected not only by the length of the video but also by the amount of subtitles generated.
Please try splitting the video into segments of around ten or more minutes and generating again.
※Depending on the amount of dialogue, it may be necessary to use even shorter video segments.

Cannot click the "Confirm" button on the "Adjust clip position" screen
If the number of subtitles is large and exceeds the 50 STEPs that can be registered in Teachme Biz, the "Confirm" button cannot be clicked.
Please perform the following operations.
- Delete unnecessary subtitles
- Merge subtitles
- Shorten the video itself and perform semi-automatic generation again
Processing does not complete and remains in a generating state
If the AI draft generation from a video does not complete, the "safety filter" built into the AI model may have been triggered.
