Up to 50 most recent edit histories are displayed.

All users with edit privileges for the relevant manual

What is displayed

  • Date and Time: Shows date and time of edit.
  • Editor: Shows the user who made the edit.
  • Edited Content: Shows the type of edit operation performed. The displayed content is as follows.

*(Current published version) will be added to the currently published version

Criteria for "Differences" in Difference Comparison

Changes are determined as "having differences" when the following operations are performed on the cover, steps, or search tags:

· Added
· Modified
· Reordered
· Deleted

”Restore” Method

Two restoration methods can be selected: "Overwrite" and "Duplicate".

Overwrite

The manual being edited is overwritten with data from the selected version.
The manual URL remains unchanged.

Duplicate

A new manual is created using data from the selected version.
The manual URL changes.

Detailed Specifications

  • When the same user saves multiple drafts using the same browser, app, or device, only the last edit information is displayed
  • Even for the same user, draft saves from different browsers, apps, or devices are displayed as separate histories
  • Even for the same user, edits made with intervals of 30 minutes or more are displayed as separate histories
  • If an editing user is deleted, "Deleted User" is displayed
  • Edit history is maintained when performing the following operations:
    • Manual release, unrelease, archive, unarchive, manual movement
  • The original manual's edit history is not carried over to the copy (restore) destination when performing the following operations:
    • Manual duplication, restoration of backed-up manual
