If no error occurs when registering the video, but the video is not displayed on the video extraction screen

Especially when using Microsoft Edge, some videos may not be loaded depending on the environment.
If the video is not displayed on the video extraction screen, please consider the following solutions.

Use a video downloaded from the manual (administrators only)

First, save the manual and download the video from the manual.
Please re-extract the downloaded video.

【When using Edge】 Use the Microsoft extension (optional)

If you cannot register the video even after updating the recommended environment, please consider using the Microsoft HEVC Video Extension.
If the video file's codec (compression method) is HEVC format, your Edge browser may not be able to display the video if it does not support the HEVC format.
Note that the HEVC Video Extension is not a standard feature of Teachme Biz, so please use it at your own discretion.
