You must have one of the following permissions in both the Folder containing the Manual you want to move and the destination Folder.
- Editor
- Folder administrator, Folder sub-administrator
- Group administrator, Group sub-administrator of a Group that has joined the Folder

Notes
- If an Approval workflow is applied to the destination Folder, any Manuals currently published will revert to Draft.
