What is a "Request Permission to View"?
The "Request Permission to View" function allows you to notify the administrator that you would like to view the manual.
The "Request permission to view" button is located on the screen that appears when an unauthorized person uses a browser to access the manual.
When the "Request permission to view" appears on the screen
If you want to view the manual
- Click on the "Request permission to view" button.
The administrator will be notified of the request by email. - Wait for administrator response.
*Teachme Biz will not notify you of the approval or denial of your request.
If you do not need to view the manual
- Click the "Top Page" button to return to the Teachme Biz Top page.
If you do not want to view another manual, simply close the browser.
If you receive an email that says, "Request for permission to view".
What to do first
- Consider whether to give the person making the request "viewer" and "editor" privileges.
- If granting, consider whether to grant individually or as a team. *
* Teams are groups of users for efficient privilege management.
When granting privilege as an individual
- Access the folder settings URL provided in the e-mail.
- Add the requester to the folder as a "viewer" or "editor".
- Inform the requester that you have granted the privilege.
*You cannot notice it to requester through Teachme Biz functions.

When granting privileges as a team
Only the group administrator or sub-administrator can create or edit teams.
If you are not the group administrator or sub-administrator, ask the group administrator or sub-administrator to perform the following steps.
- Check which teams are joining the folder.
