This issue may be caused by the settings in Teachme Biz.

Please check if the Metadata Endpoint URL and Metadata file settings are correct.

If you need to reset the Metadata Endpoint URL or Metadata file

To make Teachme Biz recognize the new settings, you need to first delete all the settings, save, and then set them up again. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Leave the Metadata Endpoint URL field blank
  2. Click the '✕' on the right side of 'Single Sign-On Settings' to clear it
  3. Click 'Save'
  4. Obtain the Metadata Endpoint URL or Metadata file from the IdP side
  5. Register the Metadata Endpoint URL or Metadata file in Teachme Biz
  6. Click 'Save'

If the issue persists even after confirming the settings
