While Teachme Biz does send notifications by email, the only emails that can be sent to arbitrary addresses are user invitation emails, and the content of invitation emails cannot be modified by users.
Additionally, for emails that can be sent to users, the message that users can specify is limited to 200 characters, and it is not possible to attach files to emails.
