Profile
Folder Name*
Sets the folder name displayed on various pages and CSV files.
To display folders in a specific order, careful naming is required.
Description
Enter a description about the folder.
Up to 200 characters can be entered.
For internal folders, you can leave it blank since viewers won't see it in prominent places.
For external folders, the description will be visible to external users.
Icon, Logo
Sets images that appear on various pages and PDFs.

Folder Administrator*
Sets who can change folder settings, check folder information, and distribute tasks for manuals within the folder.
Only one person can be registered.
Adding new folders cannot be performed by folder administrators and must be requested from group administrators or group sub-administrators.
Folder Sub-administrator
Sets who can perform almost the same settings and operations as the folder administrator.
Folder sub-administrators cannot delete folders.
Multiple people can be registered.
Advanced
PDF Export
Set who can export PDFs of manuals in the folder.
PDF export cannot be permitted for users who are not logged in.

Manual Rating function
Set whether to use the manual rating function.
Manual Rating CSV download
Select the character encoding and download the manual rating CSV.
Character encoding selection is not saved, so you need to confirm and select it each time you export.

Users joined
You can check, add, and exclude "Users" who can view manuals in the folder.
*Users who participate in the folder as a "Team" are not displayed in "Users Joined" but are displayed in "Teams Joined" as a team unit.

Team joined
You can check, add, and exclude "Teams" who can view manuals in the folder.

Subfolders
With the phased release of multi-level folder organization, the subfolder settings screen from the folder settings menu has been discontinued.
Creating and editing subfolders remains possible from individual subfolder screens.

Manual revision history visibility
Set whether to make revision history of externally released manuals visible to users who are not logged in.
Release Settings * External Publication Folders Only
URL for release
Check and edit the external folder URL for users who are not logged in.
The URL format is "https://teachme.jp/(group number)/f/(set character string)"
Release outside
Set whether users who are not logged in can view published manuals in the external release folder.
■ Recommended Usage
- When releasing an external folder for the first time
1. Set the folder to "Unrelease"
2. Publish all manuals in the folder
3. Once all publication preparations are complete, set the folder to "Release"
From the perspective of users who are not logged in, all manuals will appear to be published at once
Display in Search Engines
Set whether to allow display in external search engines like Google.
Rankings etc. are determined by the search engine, so detailed adjustments cannot be made.

Contact URL
Set the destination URL when "Go here for other inquiries" is clicked in the external release folder.
Page Suffix
Set the text you want to display as supplementary information when shown in search results from external search engines like Google.
