When operating in the production environment, do you manage work request records and verify operation logs?

Since releases to our production environment are automated, we do not have a process where work requests are made for manual operations in the production environment.
It is very rare that we need to log in to containers in the production environment for manual operations, but
all operation logs are recorded, and we review these operation logs once a month.
