Among the content Uploaded by the contractor, any content that has not been configured by the contractor themselves to restrict the viewing range to within the contractor using our prescribed method (such as Release Outside Manuals) will not be released.
Additionally, unless we have the contractor's consent, we will not view, modify, use outside of Teachme Biz, disclose to third parties, or access the contractor's content.
However, this does not apply in cases where disclosure is required based on laws and regulations, stock exchange rules, or securities industry association rules, or where disclosure is requested by a public authority such as a court, supervisory authority, or investigative agency.
