The manuals and account data created during your contract period will be deleted after a certain period following cancellation (Teachme Biz Terms of Service, Article 27, Paragraph 3).
Folders shared with other groups through the group folder sharing function will also become unavailable to the recipient groups.
Manuals copied before cancellation will remain available for use in the recipient groups.
For security reasons, we do not disclose the specific timeframe or process for data deletion. We appreciate your understanding. Additionally, we are unable to provide deletion certificates.
Please note that you can delete most types of data yourself.
