■Regarding Automatic Data Deletion
When a customer's contract ends, the company will delete the contractor's content, registration information, and other contractor-related information after a certain period from the termination date without notifying the contractor.

■Regarding Data Provision After Cancellation
We will not provide any data (manuals/images/videos) stored in Teachme Biz after cancellation. Individual requests for data retrieval cannot be accommodated.
*Depending on your settings, you can export and save manuals as PDF files. Please export and save them yourself before your contract ends.
■Regarding Issuance of Data Destruction Certificates
Please note that we do not provide data destruction certificates.
