■ About automatic data deletion
When your contract ends, we will delete contract content, registration information, and other information related to the contractor without notifying the contractor after a certain period from the date of termination.

■ About data provision after cancellation
We will not provide data (manuals/images/videos) stored in Teachme Biz at the time of cancellation. Individual requests cannot be accommodated.
*Depending on your settings, you can export and save manuals as PDF files, so please export and save them yourself before the contract ends.
■ About submission of destruction certificates
Please note that we do not provide destruction certificates.
