What should I do if I am affected?
Please use a Teachme Biz app other than the Android app to edit videos.
Or, if you are using an app that is Version 4.5.2 or earlier, please refrain from updating until the problem is corrected.
*In some cases, you may be able to edit videos with the Android app by changing the aspect ratio with any video editing application and registering the changed video to Teachme Biz.
If you have difficulty editing videos with Teachme Biz app other than the Android app, please try changing the aspect ratio with any video editing application.
