About Data Storage in Teachme Biz
Teachme Biz uses Amazon Web Services (hereinafter "AWS") as its data center, and as a general rule, customer usage data is stored on AWS servers located in Japan (Tokyo Region) for both the main site and backup site.
Please note that backups are also stored on AWS servers (Osaka Region), with the exception of media files (images, videos, etc.) uploaded by customers.
About Generation Processing in Teachme AI
Each feature of Teachme AI is designed to utilize AI models via AWS "Amazon Bedrock".
AI generation processing using the API is basically executed on AWS servers in Japan (Tokyo Region).
The configuration uses a US region as a fallback destination for processing in the unlikely event of an issue; however, settings have been applied to ensure that customer data is never stored in overseas regions, including the United States.
All customer data, including data entered while using Teachme AI, is stored and managed exclusively on servers within Japan.
Please refer to the AWS Customer Agreement for information on data management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements on servers in the relevant regions.
