Data Storage Location in Teachme Biz
Teachme Biz uses Amazon Web Services (hereinafter "AWS") as its data center. As a general rule, customer usage data is stored on AWS servers located within Japan (Tokyo Region) for both the main site and the backup site.
Please note that backups are also stored on AWS servers (Osaka Region), with the exception of media files (images, videos, etc.) uploaded by customers.
Generation Processing in Teachme AI
Each feature of Teachme AI operates through generative AI service providers, including AWS's "Amazon Bedrock".
The AI generation processing via API is configured to use overseas regions, including the United States, in addition to Japan.
However, settings have been applied to ensure that customer data is never stored in any overseas region, including the United States.
All customer data, including data entered while using Teachme AI, is stored and managed exclusively on servers located within Japan.
