On the login screen, for Password reset and Group ID retrieval, a "If you don't receive the email" link has been added to the screen displayed after sending the email.
Tapping the link opens an article summarizing what to check if you do not receive the email.

In addition, the guidance text on the sending screen and the screen displayed after sending has been updated to clarify which email will be sent.
Screen operations remain unchanged.
