2026/10/20 Added a button to re-fetch SSO metadata

A "Re-fetch" button has been added to the SSO settings screen, allowing you to retrieve the latest metadata from the metadata URL.

When SSO metadata is updated, you can now manually re-fetch it, making the process of updating settings smoother.
