Studio is now even easier to use
The "Studio" feature has become even more convenient. Here is an overview of the updates in this release.
You can now review AI-edited sections as before and after changes, and choose to "Apply" or "Discard" them
You can now select "Media Library" as a source when adding sources
You can now rename chats and use Pin in the conversation history

Reference manuals are now displayed when Easy AI Search cannot provide an answer
When Easy AI Search is unable to generate an answer to a question, relevant reference manuals are now displayed.
Even when a direct answer is not available, you can search for the information you need from the displayed manuals.

The slideshow screen was redesigned in ver.8.0.0
The manual slideshow screen has been redesigned, allowing you to view step descriptions while playing videos inline.
In addition, layout adjustments based on the video aspect ratio are now supported, and the video skip interval has been changed from 15 seconds to 5 seconds.
This redesign makes it easier to view videos and step descriptions simultaneously, making manual content easier to understand.

Easy AI Search is now available on mobile browsers
Easy AI Search, previously available only on the web browser version, is now also available on mobile browsers.
You can now ask AI questions about manual content from your smartphone, even when you are out in the field.

Many workplaces welcome short-term staff and support Members in preparation for the busy year-end and New Year season.
You may want to review your manuals so they are easy to understand for first-time workers, but find it hard to find the time to do so.
With "AI Text Assist" in the manual editing screen, simply select a menu option and AI will generate refined suggestions for each Step's Title and description!
- Summarize*: Creates a condensed version of lengthy descriptions highlighting the key points
*Summarize is available on all plans - Generate from subtitles: Creates Title and description suggestions based on video subtitles
- Proofread: Creates suggestions to correct typos, missing characters, and input errors
- Shift focus to headings: Reduces the amount of text in descriptions and consolidates work methods and information into Step Titles
- Phrasing: Choose from "Conversational," "Easy Japanese," "Add Japanese readings," "Convert to list format," "Convert to verbal style," and "Speech optimized" to adjust the writing style to suit the reader and context
