2026/08/06 Fixed an issue where xlsm files could not be uploaded to Studio on Windows

Fixed an issue where uploading an xlsm file to the studio on Windows would display the error "An unsupported file format is included."

As a result, xlsm files can now be uploaded without issues on Windows browsers (Edge and Chrome).
