Overview
In some versions of the app, editing images using certain fonts caused the following issues.
- Text that had already been added would not appear on the image editing screen, and saving the image without making changes would cause the text to disappear.
- Even when adding text from the image editing screen, text using the affected fonts would not appear on screen, and would also not appear in the saved image.
Date and Circumstances of Occurrence
June 1, 2026 - Ver.7.2.3 and later
A fixed version (Ver.7.4.2) has been released and is now functioning normally.
Scope of Impact
- Mobile app version: iOS app Ver.7.2.3 to Ver.7.4.1
This issue may occur depending on your device and OS version.
- Affected fonts: Anzu Moji, Yasashisa Gothic, IPAex Mincho, IPAex Gothic

For Customers Using the iOS App
A fixed version of the app has been released. Please update your app to Ver.7.4.2 or later.
Regarding Images Saved in an Environment Affected by This Issue
When you open the image editing screen and save again using the latest fixed version of the app (Ver.7.4.2), the text will reappear.
As a result, text you did not intend to include may appear on screen.
Since it is difficult to identify which images are affected, if unwanted text appears during re-editing, please manually delete it and save again.
