This discontinuation applies to both operations performed by group administrators and sub-administrators (Group Settings → User List → Target User → "Devices"), as well as operations performed by the logged-in user themselves (Personal Settings → "Devices").

Alternative Methods

After discontinuation, the same actions can be performed using the following methods.

Your Need Alternative Method
Temporarily suspend access for a specific user Please use Suspend User.
Block access from a specific device Please use Delete Device (after deletion, logging in again will still be possible).

Request to Current Users

If you are currently using the "Temporarily Restrict Access" feature, please take the following actions before the feature is discontinued.

  • After the feature is discontinued, information for devices that remain in a temporarily restricted state will be deleted. If you plan to continue using a restricted device, please perform "Resume Access" before the feature is discontinued.
  • If you wish to continue suspending access for a specific user, please consider switching to the "Alternative Methods" described above.

Notes

We look forward to your continued use of Teachme Biz.
