Overview

There was an issue where the view count for manuals was being recorded at an abnormally high level during a specific time period.

Occurrence Date/Time and Status

Occurrence Date/Time: Around 10:47 to 13:45 on July 15, 2026

Status: The fix has been completed, and the issue will not occur again due to the same cause.
　　　Please note that the excess view counts recorded before the fix could not be corrected.

Conditions for Occurrence

All manuals viewed between approximately 10:47 and 13:45 on July 15, 2026 are affected.

Affected Features

All features that display view counts are affected.

Extent of Impact

During the period of occurrence, view counts were recorded at approximately 7 times the normal amount on average.
On a monthly basis, this means view counts may have increased by approximately 10%.

Background on the approximately 10% estimate

Assumptions used in the calculation

• It is assumed that daily manual views are concentrated within typical business hours (9 hours)
• It is assumed that view counts were temporarily recorded at 7 times the normal amount during the approximately 3-hour period when the issue occurred

Estimated result

Based on the above conditions, the view count on the day the issue occurred is estimated to be approximately 3 times the normal amount.
When converted to the number of business days in a month (20 days), the total externally published view count for the affected month (July) may have been recorded at a maximum of approximately 10% higher (approximately 1.1 times) compared to normal.
