The Easy AI Search feature detects the language of the question and translates the referenced manual into the same language as the question when opening it.
As a result, even for Japanese manuals, a translation process was performed when questions were asked in Japanese, causing a delay in display.
As a temporary fix, we have made a modification to skip the translation process when questions are asked in Japanese.
- Please note that usage via the mobile app and questions in other languages will continue to take some time, but a permanent solution is planned and improvements will be made at that time.
