The Easy AI Search feature detects the language of your question and translates the referenced manual into the same language when opening it.
As a result, even when the manual is in Japanese, a translation process would still occur when a question was asked in Japanese, causing delays in display.
As a temporary measure, we have made a fix to skip the translation process when questions are asked in Japanese.
- For use via the mobile app and questions asked in other languages, delays may still occur; however, a permanent fix is planned and improvements are expected at that time.
