Where can I update the app?

You can now generate manual drafts from videos directly in the mobile app

Previously, you needed to use the media Library to share a video recorded on a mobile device to a PC before using the "Generate Manual Draft from Video" feature.

With this improvement, you can now generate a manual draft directly from your mobile device without needing to share the video first.

For folders with an Approval workflow applied, clicking on a manual's Revision history now allows you to view the content of previously published versions of the manual.
This improvement makes it easier to review previously approved procedures and compare them with current ones.

Please note that versions created or updated on or after the date and time this feature was released (2026/06/24 15:30) are eligible for retrospective viewing.

Improved notification emails when a Comment is added

Previously, the manual link included in the notification email did not contain a STEP identifier, so clicking the link would take you to the top of the manual.
As a result, you had to search for the Step where the Comment was posted each time.

With this improvement, a STEP identifier has been added to the link in the email, allowing you to immediately view the relevant Comment.

Make manual updates more flexible with the "Restore" feature in Edit History

We have just released a feature that allows you to view past versions from the Revision history — but did you know that you can also view past versions from the editing screen (Edit History) and even "restore" them?
You can smoothly switch to a previous state in line with your internal environment or on-site feedback, making it easy to adapt to operational changes.

The main features and use cases are as follows.

Viewing History and Showing Differences

You can browse past data from the Edit History, and compare any version with the previous one to clearly display what has changed.

[Use case: Reviewing past records (evidence)]
When you need to know "What did the manual say at the time of the incident six months ago?", you can quickly check the content from that time and use it to investigate the cause or conduct a retrospective.

Restore Feature

You can revert a manual to a previous state based on past published data, or duplicate it as a new creation.
When restoring by overwriting the original page, the page URL remains unchanged, so there is no need to re-notify staff of the internal link or correct URLs pasted on other pages.

[Use case: Rolling back for seasonal or event-based changes, or reverting operational procedures]
When switching from a "peak season special operation" back to "normal operations," or when you decide "we tried a new workflow but want to go back to the original procedure," you can quickly restore a past Version without having to recreate the manual from scratch.

Flexible switching according to the situation and accurate tracking of past changes support the maintenance of manual quality and the efficiency of update work.
We hope you find it useful!
