Feature Details at Initial Release
Import multiple videos and files together as source materials
※This screen is currently under development.
Previously, manuals could only be created from a single source material. With the Studio feature, you can create a single manual from multiple videos and files.
AI automatically understands the workflow from multiple files and organizes it into a step-by-step structure.
As a result, there is no need for a single continuous recording or a file that contains all the steps, significantly lowering the barrier to manual creation compared to before.
Supported Source Material Formats
- Video (.mp4, .mov, .m4v, .qt)
- Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm)
- Text (.txt, .md)
Edit manuals through a chat-based interface after importing source materials
※This screen is currently under development.
You can edit manuals by giving instructions to AI through chat, based on the imported source materials.
You can also directly edit subtitles and descriptions as before.
Features Planned for Future Updates (Timing TBD)
The following features are planned to be added incrementally to further improve usability.
-
Import of images within Excel files
※ The initial release will only reference text content - Import of image, PDF, PowerPoint, and Word files
- Splitting of source materials containing multiple procedures
- Simultaneous creation of multiple manuals
- Use of template features within chat
- Sharing of chats and source materials with other users
※ The information described above reflects current plans and does not guarantee implementation timing or content.
Changes, delays, or cancellations may occur without notice depending on the development status.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Are chat histories saved?
A. Yes, they are. You can take advantage of the time spent waiting for source materials to upload and work efficiently in parallel by editing in a different chat.
Q. Can a manual newly created in Studio be re-edited in Studio?
A. Yes, it can. Please note that since the Studio feature retains the chat history as a base, if you make direct edits in the standard editing screen and then re-edit in Studio, the changes made in the standard screen will be overwritten and lost.
Q. Can I create a different manual from the same chat?
A. No, you cannot. A manual and a chat have a one-to-one relationship.
Q. Can videos be merged within Studio?
A. No, videos themselves cannot be merged within the Studio feature.
Q. What is the maximum number of source materials that can be imported into a single chat?
A. Up to 10 items in total, combining videos, Excel files, and text files.
Q. Can videos without audio (silent videos) be imported?
A. Yes, they can. AI will analyze the actions shown in the video and automatically create a manual.
Q. Are there any restrictions or limitations on videos that can be imported?
A. Videos that meet any of the following criteria cannot be imported.
- Videos with file extensions other than .mp4, .mov, .m4v, or .qt
- Videos with a file size exceeding 2 GB
- Videos with a playback duration of 45 minutes or more
Q. Can Excel files with multiple tabs be imported?
A. Yes, all tabs will be referenced. However, a limit is planned where referencing will stop once a certain number of characters is exceeded.
Q. Can files with extensions other than .xlsx or .xlsm be imported?
A. No, older Excel formats (.xls) and CSV files are not supported in the initial release. We may consider adding support in response to future user requests.
