Judging Criteria

We will evaluate submissions comprehensively based on the three criteria outlined below. Please note that you do not need to score equally high across all areas; we will also recognize initiatives that achieve an exceptional standard in one specific criterion, taking the unique characteristics of your approach into account.

Impact and Effectiveness

We will assess how the use of Teachme Biz has transformed your daily operations and the positive impact it has brought to your overall management and business. In addition to quantitative metrics, we will conduct a holistic evaluation that includes qualitative insights, such as feedback and survey responses from the users who actively create and view the manuals every day.

Utilization Strategy

We will evaluate how you are leveraging Teachme Biz to drive real results, and how effectively its features are applied to solve specific business challenges. We highly value practical use cases that cleverly utilize Teachme Biz's functions to promote widespread adoption and deep integration within your company.

Implementation Structure and Creative Approaches

When driving operational improvements, we will look at how you identified core challenges and how you successfully secured buy-in and cooperation from both internal and external stakeholders. More than just the final outcome, we place heavy emphasis on the process—how you navigated your unique corporate culture and organizational hurdles to actively champion the use of Teachme Biz.
