Overview
There was an issue where the app would not launch (crash) in iOS/iPad OS app ver.7.1.1 when the device's OS version was below 26.2.

The issue has been resolved and the app is now functioning normally.

For Customers Using the iOS App
A fixed version has been released. Please update your app to Version 7.1.2 or later.
