iOS/iPadOS versions earlier than 17.4 have been removed from the recommended environment for the following apps.

• Teachme Biz Mobile App
• Teachme Biz Mobile Browser
• Teachme Player

Reason for Recommended Environment Change

Teachme Biz periodically reviews its recommended OS versions for the following purposes.

• To provide customers with a more comfortable and secure experience
• To deliver new features and improvements more quickly

Recommended versions are selected based on a comprehensive assessment of security, stability, and service usage conditions.

What We Ask of Our Customers

If you are using an affected OS version, please update to the latest version.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the affected apps become completely unusable on OS versions outside the recommended environment?

We have not intentionally restricted all features from becoming immediately unavailable.
However, some functional limitations may arise in releases following this recommended environment change.
Please note that inquiries regarding usage or issues on OS versions outside the recommended environment will not be covered by our support.

Will new installations and updates no longer be possible?

From April 13, 2026 onward, new installations and updates of the Teachme Biz Mobile App and Teachme Player are restricted on the affected OS versions.
