Details

Newly Added

• archived_at: Date and time of archiving
• archiver: Account name of the user who archived
• template_name: Name of the applied template
• Custom fields set on the cover page: The custom field name is displayed as the column name

Detailed Specifications for Each Item

Archive

• For manuals that are not archived, the archived_at and archiver cells will be blank.

Templates and Custom Fields

• For manuals that do not use templates or custom fields, the template_name and custom field cells set on the cover page will be blank.
• Custom fields are displayed in order from the oldest template creation date.
• Custom fields that are common (identical strings) across multiple templates will be consolidated into a single column.
  • Example)
    If Template A has custom fields "Management Number" and "Process No."
    and Template B has custom fields "Management Number" and "Process Name,"
    the CSV will have 3 custom field columns: "Management Number," "Process No.," and "Process Name."
• When downloading the CSV, you can choose whether to include custom field columns using the "Include custom fields" checkbox.
