Thank you for your continued use of Teachme Biz.
We would like to inform you of the discontinuation of the feature released on March 2, 2026, which allows the mobile app to save drafts that have not been synced to the server (hereinafter referred to as the "local draft save feature").
Overview
What is the local draft save feature?
This is a feature in the mobile app that saves drafts that have not been synced to the server.
Currently, even if a manual being edited has not been synced to the server, it is saved to the local database within the app, allowing you to resume editing the next time you launch the app.
Purpose of discontinuation
The purpose is to build a foundation that enables the development and delivery of the latest editing features, including Teachme AI, on the mobile app as well.
We aim to reduce the functional gap with the web browser version and improve the experience on the mobile app.
Schedule
- Target: iOS and Android mobile apps
- Release date: March 2, 2026
- Applicable app version: ver.7.0.0

Q&A
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What should I do if I have unsynced drafts? | Before the feature is discontinued, make sure to execute "Save as draft" while online to sync the data to the server. After the feature is discontinued, you will no longer be able to access unsynced draft data. |
| What happens if I update to ver.7.0.0 while I have unsynced drafts? | All locally saved drafts that have not been synced to the server will be deleted. Please sync to the server before updating. |
| If I do not update to ver.7.0.0, can I continue to use the local draft save feature? | Yes, if you do not update, you can continue to use the local draft save feature. However, continuing to use an older version has drawbacks such as being unable to benefit from future new features or security enhancements. We recommend syncing your drafts to the server and updating the app. |
| Can unsynced drafts that were accidentally deleted be restored from a backup or edit history in the web browser version? | No, they cannot. Locally saved drafts that have not been synced to the server exist only within the app, and the data has not been passed to the web browser version. Therefore, no backup or edit history is available, and restoration is not possible. |
| Are manuals that have already been synced to the server affected? | No. Published manuals and draft manuals that have already been synced to the server are not affected by this change. |
| Is the Teachme Player app affected? | No. Teachme Player does not have an editing feature, so it is not affected. |
