Introduction
Happy New Year!
2025 was a year in which we were able to deliver many feature improvements based on requests and feedback from our users.
One area we focused on in particular was expanding AI capabilities. In response to requests to make Create Manual more efficient, we released semi-automatic manual generation from video and an AI-powered automatic generation feature for Comprehension tests.
On the operational side, we also added features to make day-to-day work smoother, including multi-level folder hierarchies, Approval workflow supporting multiple people and multiple stages, and folder sharing between Groups.

All Apps
You can now share folders between Groups and view manuals from other Groups
We developed this feature in response to requests from users who wanted to smoothly deploy unified procedures and training frameworks across multiple related Groups, such as between companies.
With this feature, there is no longer a need to create and update manuals with the same content separately in each of multiple Groups.

Subtitles and Marking can now be displayed and edited simultaneously
Previously, the system did not allow subtitles and Marking to be displayed at the same time.
This improvement makes it easier to add Marking to videos with subtitles, allowing you to highlight important points more effectively.
In addition, the timelines for subtitles and Marking are now displayed side by side in the editing screen, improving usability.

The auto-translation feature is now available when viewing externally published manuals without logging in
Previously, the auto-translation feature was not available when viewing externally published manuals without logging in.
With this improvement, the auto-translation feature is now available even without logging in.
※To use this feature, the Group associated with the manual being viewed must have the auto-translation Option under contract.
