How are uploaded PDFs, videos, and Text stored?

PDFs, images, videos, Text, Excel files, and other content uploaded for use with AI Features are stored in AWS (Amazon Web Services), which Teachme Biz uses, at the time of upload.

1. When files are uploaded

PDFs, images, videos, Text, Excel files, and other content are stored in AWS at the time of Upload.
In Studio, you can Upload file including Excel (.xlsx / .xlsm), images, and text files in addition to videos.
These are also stored in AWS at the time of upload.

2. When AI performs analysis

When analyzing videos, the video may be temporarily copied to Google Cloud for processing.
Once analysis is complete, that copy is deleted.
The original uploaded video remains in AWS.

For text recognition of PDFs and images, data may be sent to Google's services for processing.
The results of text recognition are stored in AWS.

Chat in Studio, analysis results, and text being generated are stored in AWS even before they are registered as a Step.
Text and images extracted from Excel files are also stored.

3. When registered to a manual cover or Step

Registered text, images, and videos are stored in AWS as a manual.
The original uploaded files are also retained.

Note

Stored data is never used to train AI models.

How is the quality of AI-generated results ensured?

We verify whether the intended generation results are achieved with a certain level of probability or accuracy, tailored to each type of AI feature.

However, due to the nature of AI, it is not possible to fully control generation results.
You are able to review and edit results before publishing.
Please ensure final quality control is carried out on your end.

How do you handle cases of inappropriate AI-generated content?

In the unlikely event of inappropriate generated content, it can be corrected or deleted immediately.
Additionally, if you report it to our support team, we will use your feedback to improve the system.

What generative AI models are used?

Multiple AI-related features use models from Anthropic's Claude, and depending on the feature, models from Amazon, Google's Gemini, Whisper, and others may also be used in combination.

We continually review the AI services and models we use in line with advancements in AI technology, and continuously improve our system configuration to always provide customers with appropriate performance.
The models we select are determined comprehensively based not only on performance, but also on track record in enterprise use and high reliability in terms of Security.
