Overview
- Any folder can be shared with other groups.
- The shared groups can set viewing permissions for the folder and view manuals.
- Manual publications, updates, and deletions made in the sharing group are immediately reflected in the shared groups.

Please note that groups with a Local Government Wide Area Network (LGWAN) plan contract used in Japan cannot be set as either sharing groups or shared groups, and therefore cannot use this feature.

Purpose of This Feature
- This feature was developed to meet requests for the smooth deployment of standardized procedures and training systems among multiple related groups..
- The same manual content no longer needs to be created and updated separately in each group.
- When dividing groups as large-scale Teachme Biz operations begin, necessary folders can continue to be shared after the division by utilizing this feature.
Terminology and Specifications
Sharing Group
- A group that can share manuals within its own group to other groups on a folder basis.
- Cross-group shared sets can be created.
- Shared groups can be invited to cross-group shared sets to perform folder sharing.
Shared Group
- A group that can view manuals within the sharing group's folders by receiving shares.
- Can participate in cross-group shared sets by receiving invitations from sharing groups.
Cross-group Shared Set
- A collection of one sharing group and one or more shared groups.
- Folder sharing by the sharing group becomes possible only by creating a cross-group shared set.
- Once participating in one cross-group shared set, participation in a different cross-group shared set is not possible.
Folder Administrator in Shared Groups
- The folder administrator from the sharing group is automatically set, but cannot log in to the shared group.
- The folder administrator cannot be changed to a user from the shared group.
- Folder management in the shared group is performed by the folder sub-administrator of the shared group.
Folder Sub-administrator in Shared Groups
- Permission to add viewers to folders and to add, change, or remove folder sub-administrators.
- Immediately after receiving an invitation, the group administrator of the shared group is designated.
