Overview
A bug occurred where manuals with the "Automatically publish manual when approval is completed" setting in the approval workflow
were displayed as "Before Publishing" on the editing screen even though they had been approved and published.
As a result, "Publish" and "Withdraw" operations were available for already published manuals.

Corrective Actions
- A fix was made to address the root cause.
- Manuals affected by this issue were corrected so that revision history is properly reflected.
To Affected Customers
Following the above corrections, revision history is now being properly reflected,
but there are residual effects on the revision history and edit history of a very small number of manuals.
Revision History
"Withdraw" was performed on published manuals, and they were requested and approved again,
which resulted in the revision history being overwritten and "Revision Details" may be blank in some cases.
The request date and requester, as well as approval date and approver, are correctly recorded.
Edit History
Edit history was recorded when "Publish" was clicked on published manuals.
Therefore, edit history remains even though the manual was not actually updated or published,
and there may be discrepancies between revision history and edit history.
Please be assured that these were not updated or published without approval through the approval workflow.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
