Overview
In the mobile app, when data synchronization failed due to network errors or other issues while editing a manual that contained images, a bug occurred where steps were deleted from the manual data on the mobile app side.
If draft saving is performed while in the deleted state due to the bug, the server data will be overwritten, causing manual steps to be lost on both mobile and server sides.
Occurrence Time and Status
Occurred: From Version 6.1.0 onwards
Resolved: Version 6.4.6 (Released September 8, 2025)
Affected Features
- Manual editing function
Workaround
Communication failures when saving drafts, updating, or publishing on the mobile app are the conditions for this bug to occur.
Therefore, when editing on the mobile app, operating in areas with good network conditions and preventing communication errors can reduce the possibility of this bug occurring.
