- This improvement enables the following operations:
- Archive published templates
- Return published templates to draft status
- Delete templates in draft status
- Edit templates in draft status

Folder administrators and sub-administrators can now manage templates.
- General user folder administrators and sub-administrators can now access template management screens from "Group Settings".
- This enables creating new templates and changing publication status such as archiving.
