Custom fields are now viewable.

With this release, Custom Fields can now be viewed only when connected to the network.
When viewing bookmarked manuals in an offline environment, Custom Fields cannot be viewed.

Added setting to automatically publish manuals upon approval in the approval workflow.

When submitting an approval request, you can now optionally select publication settings.
If you check the “Automatically publish the manual after approval” checkbox, manuals can be published at the same time as approval.
