We're excited to announce an update that makes external publishing even more convenient for customers on the Basic plan or higher and those with the Auto-Translation option.
Improvement Overview
- The view limit for the outside release function has been increased from the previous 10,000 views/month to 1,000,000 views/month.
- This is approximately 10 times the maximum current usage by customers, allowing users to effectively use the outside release function without worrying about view counts.
- Auto-translation, previously available only for group-shared manuals, now also supports manuals shared via the outside release function.
- These enhancements make it easier to use the outside release function for external information sharing—such as customer FAQs and partner-facing guides—expanding the ways Teachme Biz can be utilized.
Purpose of This Change
This update aims to make it easier to use the outside release function for external information sharing—such as customer FAQs and guidance for business partners—by lifting the view limit.
Combined with the addition of auto-translation, the function now supports broader communication while also helping to reduce the workload involved in manual creation.
These enhancements are designed to expand the ways Teachme Biz can be used across various external scenarios.

Regarding Usage Fees
Regarding Easing of Outside Release View Limits
This update does not affect your usage fees — no additional charges will be applied.
This will be provided as a basic feature of the Basic plan or higher.
For customers subscribed to Public Plus, any charges for usage under the new relaxed limits (specifically, for up to 99 additional units) will be automatically waived upon contract renewal on or after June 24, 2025.
* 1 No action is required to cancel "Public Plus", as this is a change to a built-in feature.
* 2 If you wish to cancel or modify any plan other than "Public Plus", please follow the standard application procedures.
Regarding Auto-Translation for Outside Release
There will be no changes or additional charges to usage fees as a result of this update.
This will be provided as a basic feature of "Auto-Translation Plus".
