  Date and time of first publication (leave blank if never published)

  For drafts, the account name of the final editor; for published, the account name of the publisher

Change of name and content

• owner→owner_account_name
  Before: Owner's account name (owner's display name)
  After: Owner's account name
• created_at
  Before: For published, the date and time when the manual was first published; for draft, the date and time when the draft was created
  After: Regardless of the status of the manual, the date and time when the draft was created.
• last_editor→last_editor_account_name
  Before: Regardless of the status of the manual, the final editor
  After: For drafts, the final editor; for published, the publisher
