Ahead of the multi-level folder feature scheduled for release in late May 2025, we have released a compatible version of the mobile app.
Customers using the mobile app are asked to update to the compatible version so that it is ready for use from late May 2025 onward.
Overview
- In late May 2025, the number of folder levels will be increased from 2 to 5
- The compatible app was released on April 23, 2025
- Please use the compatible app from late 2025 onward to ensure folders and manuals are displayed correctly
Applicable Apps
- iOS/Android ver.6.0.0 or later (all mobile apps released on or after April 23, 2025)
Details
Currently, folders can be created up to 2 levels: a parent folder and a subfolder.
This will be improved to allow up to 5 levels in total.
If you do not use the compatible app after the multi-level folder release in late May, the following issues may occur.

Folders and manuals at the 3rd level and beyond cannot be displayed
※ You can still search for and view manuals

The compatible app (ver.6.0.0) was released on April 23, 2025.
Please update the app as soon as possible.
If your organization centrally manages app versions, please coordinate with the relevant department within your organization.
