Overview

We experienced an issue that may cause video uploading to fail if you add captions, symbols, or frames to the video using a Web Browser version of Teachme Biz.

In case this happens, 

・the video cannot be played back even if the manual is released

・the video cannot be re-edited (can only be replaced or deleted)

What should I do if I am affected?

If the "Failed to upload video" error was displayed after you have edited a video, try to delete and re-upload it, and then add captions, symbols, or frames using an app other than the Web Browser version of Teachme Biz.
