Excess characters are no longer deleted when the number of characters in the title or description is exceeded.
However, please note that you cannot save as a draft or release manual when the maximum number of characters has been exceeded.

If you close the manual editing screen or move to another page with the maximum number of characters exceeded, the excess characters will be deleted. Therefore, make sure to adjust the number of characters and save the manual as a draft or release it.

And an output format that will enable users to grasp the whole picture without the need to process the format of downloaded report data, so it would be easier to check and analyze in detail who is viewing which manual and who is not viewing manuals.
