Purpose

To improve performance efficiency and reduce operating costs through standardization of business operations, it is important to ensure that manuals are read and understood.

Keeping track of user browsing activities and promoting viewing manuals makes it easier to achieve Teachme Biz's implementation goals.

To help to promote manuals viewing, we decided to add an output format that allows users to check specific manual browsing dates and times. And an output format that will enable users to grasp the whole picture without the need to process the format of downloaded report data, so it would be easier to check and analyze in detail who is viewing which manual and who is not viewing manuals.

What can you do with new output formats?
