What is Teachme Player
"Teachme Player" is a paid option that allows manuals created in Teachme Biz to play like videos. Users can understand instructions through visual and audio cues without requiring a trainer's presence, leading to more efficient personnel training.
Background of Changes
Since its release in April 2024, Teachme Player has received positive feedback as a service supporting business learning, centered around its automatic text-to-speech function.
Through discussions with customers using this function, we learned that many utilize it in combination with the "automatic translation function" for training foreign employees.
Additionally, we received feedback requesting faster access to manuals and information within Teachme Player.
Therefore, we have revised the basic function structure to make Teachme Player better meet the needs of more customers. We will strive to provide a service that allows effective manual usage across various scenarios, and appreciate your continued support.

Changes to "Teachme Player" Specifications
The following functions will be available without additional option contracts for Teachme Player.
Automatic Translation Function
- Displays and reads text in specified languages during automatic playback.
* With a Teachme Player contract, automatic translation can also be used in Teachme Biz
The scope of translation differs when using automatic translation in Teachme Biz
* For Teachme Biz-only users, automatic translation remains available as a paid option
Multilingual AI Chatbot
- AI finds and displays manuals related to questions.
- The manual summary is also provided in the language used for the question.
* Available only in Teachme Player
Usage Fees
Fee changes will vary depending on your current Teachme Player basic plan as follows.
For Customers with Both Automatic Translation Function and Teachme Player
Overlapping function options will be automatically canceled when the revised fees take effect.
Therefore, option fees will change as follows when the revised fees take effect.
For Customers Using Only the Automatic Translation Function Without Teachme Player
Automatic switching to Teachme Player will not be implemented.
The service will continue to be provided as a separate option (30,000 yen/month). If switching to Teachme Player is desired, please contact our support desk.
Timing of Changes
The changes will apply to all customers from July 1, 2025.
For current Teachme Player users, the revised fees will apply from their contract renewal date after July 1, 2025.
For contracts with renewal dates up to June 30, 2025, the pre-revision fees will apply at the immediate contract renewal, and the revised fees will apply at subsequent renewals.
* Regardless of renewal dates, the revised fees will apply if Teachme Player plan changes are made after July 1, 2025
