Specification Changes
The following specification changes have been made along with the system improvements.
1. Changed the notation displayed in Column C (Device) when exporting search logs as CSV and the notation shown on screen
This change applies to Japanese, English, and Thai based on browser language settings.
Device | Old Notation | Current Notation(English) | Current Notation (Thai) |
Current Notation (Japanese) |
Web Browser version(PC) | PC | Browser | เบราว์เซอร์ | ブラウザ |
Mobile Browser | SP | Browser | เบราว์เซอร์ | ブラウザ |
Mobile App | APP | App | แอป | アプリ |
2. Changed specification to not count draft manuals as "Views"
Previously, when draft manuals appeared in search results and were viewed, these were counted as "Hits in search & views" and displayed in the "Manuals opened" column.
Going forward, draft manuals will not be counted as "Views" even if they appear in search results and are viewed, and will not be displayed in the "Manuals opened" column.
3. Changed the specification to display 'Unpublished manual' instead of titles for previously published manuals that are now in draft, deleted, or archived status
For manuals that were previously published but changed to draft, deleted, or archived status, 'Unpublished manual' will be displayed in the opened manuals column.
4. Removed "UTC" notation from Column G (Access time) when exporting search logs as CSV
Previously, Column G (Access time) was displayed as "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS UTC".
Going forward, it will be displayed as "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS".
Important Notes
- The method of using search logs remains unchanged after the system improvement.
- Individual data provision requests cannot be accommodated for search logs that are no longer viewable.
[Important] Required Actions for Users of CSV Reference Tools
These changes may affect functions, macros, or BI tools that reference character strings in CSV export data.
The following points require confirmation:
- Whether data in Columns C and G are referenced in aggregation/analysis by tools.
- Whether settings changes are required in tools.
Verifying that tools and systems operate correctly after these changes would be beneficial.
Questions about tools can be directed to the tool manufacturer or system administrator at the company.
