We are pleased to announce the release of the beta version of Teachme AI's new feature 'Generate manual drafts from PDF'.

This feature is available to try on all plans, regardless of whether you have the Teachme AI option.

Overview

Simply upload a PDF file, and it will automatically generate titles and descriptions based on the content
Complete your manual by just adjusting the step images, titles, and descriptions, reducing the burden of manual creation
Specify phrasing and purpose during generation to create manuals that better align with the creator's intentions.

The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 50MB
The maximum number of pages that can be automatically converted is 15
Be careful not to close or reload the browser tab as it will interrupt the generation process. Please keep the browser tab open until the generation is complete
As this feature is in beta, there may be unannounced changes to functionality, discontinuation of service, or some unexpected issues
We will not intentionally delete without permission any data saved as Teachme Biz manuals using the beta version

2	Is it possible to edit the generated images?	Generated covers and step images can be edited and replaced just like regular manual editing. Step images are generated with highlighted portions from the referenced PDF during step creation. Since the highlighting uses the spotlight feature of the image editor, it can be re-edited. 3	Can the generated draft be edited?	Yes, the generated draft can be edited just like a regular Teachme Biz manual. You can freely add, delete, or rearrange steps, edit descriptions and titles, and edit images.
4	What types of PDF files are supported?	PDF files containing text information are supported. However, accurate conversion may be difficult for PDFs that only contain images or have complex layouts.
5	Can I use files other than PDF, such as Excel or Word?	No, you cannot. Please convert Excel, Word, or other files to PDF before using them.
6	Is the data input into Teachme AI use d for retraining AI models?	No, it is not used. Teachme Biz employs a system that does not expose customer data externally, and we do not use it at all for retraining AI models.
