About edit history list
- You can check the edit date, time, editor, and edited content.
- Up to 50 of the most recent edits are displayed.

Application Examples
- Identify who else is involved in editing this manual besides yourself.
- When a Manuals has an unexpected Release State and you want to confirm the reason for the Change with the person who performed the operation.
- Use as a hint to find a restore point for a backup.
By utilizing the edit history list, you can check the record of any changes made to the content of the manual or any changes in the publication status of the manual later, which can be used to avoid or prevent erroneous edits.
Caution
- Edit history prior to 18 June 2024 are not displayed.
- If the same user saves a draft multiple times in the same browser, app, or device, only the record with the last edit date and time will remain.
- If the same user saves a draft in a different browser, app, or device, a different record will be added.
- If the edit interval is more than 30 minutes, another record will be added, even if it is the same user.
- If the user who performed the edit has been deleted, it will be displayed as "Deleted User".
- The edit history is maintained even if you perform any of the following actions.
- Release manuals, Unrelease manuals, Archive, Unarchive, Move manuals
- If you perform any of the following operations, the edit history of the original manual will not be carried over to the copied (restored) destination.
- Copying manuals, Restoring backups of manuals
Future Outlook
As part of a secure manual management system, we are developing an edit history to achieve, among other things, the following.
- Facilitate updates to manuals with multiple people.
- Avoid unintended editing problems.
- Respond quickly in case of editing problems.
As the first step, we have released the "Edit History List" to keep a record of when and by whom edits were made.
Development will continue in stages.
