What is "Teachme AI"?
This service is designed to streamline manual creation through the use of AI.
We offer two plans.
- "Text Pro" for rapid maintenance of manuals and documents.
- "Video Pro" designed to instantly convert videos into effective teaching materials.
Reasons behind the release
By having AI handle draft generation and proofreading, creation speed can be improved, tasks can be performed simultaneously, and quality can be maintained.
It was developed with the aim of shifting manual creation from a "start from scratch" approach to an "adjustment by people" approach.
What you can do with "Text Pro"

Creating a Draft of the Manual
Specify keywords related to the tasks or operations you wish to document, and a step-structured draft of the manual will be automatically generated.

- Step-structured work procedures: Work procedures are divided and organized in an easy-to-understand step structure.
- Explanatory text for each step: Create supplemental explanatory text about the procedure, including notes, etc.
Proofreading, Summarizing, and Adjusting Pre-entered Titles and Descriptions
The AI automatically generates and suggests adjustments to the structure, summary, and wording of the title and description for each step.

Semi-automatic generation of manuals from videos
AI automatically splits unedited videos into steps, and generates and suggests video subtitles, titles, and descriptions.
Note: The audio description must be included in the original video.
Creating Video Subtitles
AI automatically generates and suggests video subtitles from the audio of the segmented video.
Note: The audio description must be included in the original video.
Creating Step Titles and Descriptions from Subtitles
AI automatically generates and suggests titles and descriptions for each step from video subtitles.
Adjusting Pre-entered Titles and Descriptions (Speech optimized)
AI will automatically generate and suggest phrasing for each step's title and description that is optimized for automated voice reading.

- Generation can be done as many times as needed.
- Due to the nature of AI, results generated from the same instructions may vary each time.

Is the data entered into Teachme AI used to re-train the AI model?
We operate using a system that does not send data outside Teachme Biz.
What should you do if the generated content does not meet your expectations?
Since AI makes predictions based on the data it has learned, it may produce results that differ from your expectations.
In such cases, we would appreciate it if you could provide feedback on which aspects did not meet your expectations.
